Usually, Thai people do not eat cake with tea. We do not get used to with any tea parties in the afternoon time. Thailand's climate is tropical, high both in temperature and humidity so we prefer the cold beverages with ice.
But Caramel Apple Crumble Cake may lose its identity if we won't try it with Earl Grey or your favorite fruit teas.
It was easier to bake than I thought, not too complicated, less than 2 hours and you would definitely get the smell of caramel and butter. Let it cooled in the wire rack for a while, cut into pieces and allow yourself to enjoy relaxing tea time at home.
